The hotel is pleasant, the staff at the reception are friendly, the rooms are very spacious, there are extras available (shampoo, sewing, shoe polish, hair dryer, mini bar...) that you wouldn't expect in a 3-star hotel. There is a fantastic view of the city from the terrace. A few doors away is a small shop, and very close is an excellent traditional inn, excellently rated on Tripadvisor.

The beds were super comfortable, the view from the balcony was spectacular and the location within Sofia was simply perfect! You are only 5 minutes away from Lavov Most metro here, and that gets you to the centre in just 5 minutes. I loved my stay here, will be doing again when I come back to Sofia!

When I arrived the receptionist was warm and friendly. She welcomed me and even gave me an early check-in which was so appreciated. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed enormous, and the view fantastic. Everything worked perfectly. It was the best hotel room I’ve had in years.

The room facilities at this price are really super. I stayed from evening to early morning but this room allows for a comfortable stay all along. The only problem for a few hotels in this part of the city is the noise from the planes. But not opening the windows during the night significantly reduces the problem. The location is within walking distance to the central train and bus station and not far from the Metro station.

Wow the outside looks run down but once we entered the room wow beautiful and beautiful colourful and beautiful. The location is super and near the bus station. Walking distance to the city center. Bulgaria is a very safe country and deep in history. Sophia City center is a must to visit.

Hotel is a close to all almost landmarks. We also enjoyed our suite room it was big and had 3 different balcony entrance. Staff is very friendly and available all time. They clean rooms almost daily as well. We loved our stay in the suite and also the big and comfy bed.

We stayed for only one night as we needed accommodation for an unavoidable layover. The hotel is close to both the central train and the central bus station which was the reason for choosing it apart from the price. That being said, we still easily walked into the center and some sights we managed to see in the short time in Sofia within 20 minutes. There isn't much in the immediate neighborhood but as said, the next supermarket is still only 7 minutes walk away. The receptionist who was on duty when we arrived was very friendly and accommodating. She immediately opened the luggage room without asking, as the rooms hadn't been ready, yet, and offered us breakfast packages when we told her that we had to leave earlier than initially planned. The rooms were great and the hotel managed to offer us rooms as close to each other as possible. One thing that was a bit of a dampener, though: The night shift guy who was supposed to hand over our breakfast packages and some coffee for the thermos mug was late and seemed somewhat confused, so we ended up later at our next transport than we had wished for and with no coffee but we took that as a funny episode.

I was there at a time when the outside weather was very cold but the room temperature was very nice and warm. Also the shower had hot water. The bed is soft and comfortable. The location is great - near the Lavov Most subway stop which made it easy to travel around the city. The staff is super nice.
